For speech-language therapy to be successful, it is important that everyone does their part: the Speech-Language Pathologist, the parent(s)/guardian(s) and most importantly…the student. In order to achieve our goals we must practice on a regular basis. Please encourage your children and help them to complete their speech assignments. Here are some other ways to ensure success:
·Be on time for speech-language therapy sessions (3rd-5th).
·Be prepared for speech-language therapy sessions by having speech-language folder/speech book, and homework completed (if assigned).
·Participate in speech-language therapy sessions to the best of their ability.
