Amazing Race Fundraiser

Amazing Race - Gift and Cookie Dough Fundraiser

The Amazing Race, Twin Oaks Elementary School's gift and cookie dough fundraiser through The Believe Company is underway. An envelope with information went home with your student on October 21st. We have a wide variety of items from which friends and family members can choose, and there are many levels of prizes for students for selling items and helping their school. TOES receives a percentage of all sales. The sale runs through November 6th, and all orders and money are due at that time. Please make checks payable to 'Twin Oaks Elementary', and include your students name on the memo line.

On line ordering is available at www.shopbelieve.com. On-line and in-hand orders will count towards prizes.

Dates to Remember:
  • Tuesday October 21: Amazing Race Fundraiser Begins!
  • Wednesday, October 29: Return promise card(s) for prizes
  • Friday, October 31: Return promise card(s) for prizes
  • Tuesday, November 4: Return promise card(s) for prizes
  • Thursday, November 6: All orders and money due

Club Card Donations

If you shop at Vons or Ralphs you can help raise money for TOES PTO and help support our programs by registering your club cards. If you have registered your card in the past, you may need to re-register for Twin Oaks PTO to continue to receive contributions.

Vons Club - eScrip

To register or re-register your Vons Club card visit www.escrip.com and select "1. Sign Up - It's Free" to enroll. In step 2 "Select schools or non-profits" search for "Twin Oaks Elementary School PTO". Complete the rest of the steps to create your account and begin donating a percentage of qualifying purchases to TOES PTO. If you registered before August 1, 2014 you will need to re-register. Ralphs

Ralphs Rewards - Community Contributions

To register or re-register your Ralphs Rewards card visit ralphs.com  and click 'Register' or 'Sign In'.  After logging in, click on 'My Account'. From the 'My Account' page you can link your Ralphs rewards card to your account and designate Twin Oaks Elementary PTO (ID# 90973) in the Community Rewards section. Coyote Spirit Drive

The Twin Oaks Elementary PTO exists to support our staff, involve our families, and enhance our students' educational experiences. All parents of TOES students are members of the PTO. With your past contributions, we have financed outstanding music and art instruction, educational assemblies, and technological resources for our students. We are relying on your continued support! Your participation in our 2014 Coyote Spirit Drive will directly support our art and music instruction and is essential for these programs to continue. Donations of any amount are welcome!

You can print out the flyer and return it to TOES along with your donation, or you may donate online using a credit card at Coyote Spirit Drive Donation on Square Market.

Back to School Carnival
Twin Oaks Elementary School
Friday, September 19th, 4:00pm-9:00pm

Bring your friends and family for a fun-filled evening. We'll have food, games, rides, activities, raffle baskets, and more. This event is an important fundraiser for our school, and helps provide funds for our students to have art and music programs, as well as technology.


Raffle Baskets

Each classroom will have the opportunity to create a basket for our raffle at the carnival. Be on the lookout for information from your child's teacher or room parent for your classroom's theme.


Food Donations
Monday, September 8th - Wednesday, September 17th


We will need the following donated food and drink items: Cases of water, Capri Suns, cans of soda (Coke/Pepsi, Diet Coke/Pepsi, Lemon-Lime, Rootbeer), Smart and Final or Costco gift cards, large cans of nacho cheese, and heavy-duty paper dinner plates.

Collection bins will be at the gates before and after school beginning Monday, September 8th. All donations are needed by Wednesday, September 17th.

*The PTO is also looking to borrow Eazy-Up tents and ice chests the day of the carnival.


Volunteers Needed

We are still in need of volunteers to help make this event a success. Please see the volunteer flyer here for more information.

Also, we are in need of a Fish Booth coordinator, and if you've been to the carnival before, you know how popular this booth is.  Please email us if you can help with this booth.

Back to School Night

Back to School Night is this Thursday, August 28th. The PTO will have an information booth, and we also be selling spirit wear. We are in need of a volunteer to staff the booth from5:45-6:35, which is the time for 3/4/5 grade presentations, as well as Mrs. Bailey, Mrs. Watson, and Mr. Fleming.
