Due to reduced budget, Summer School enrollment for 2012 will be very limited. Seniors will have priority over other grade levels. To attend Summer School student must attend registration day, first come, first served.

Missed ordering your Cap and Gown?

Log on to www.jostens.com and order on line by February 11, don’t delay. Price for cap and gown is $50.00 (tax included). Mail orders must be postmarked by February11. Students will also be able to purchase a cap and gown at the senior picnic, Friday, May 18, $50.00 cash only. Questions, please contact Jostens at 858-486-2020 Monday – Friday 3:00 – 6:00 pm and Saturday’s 10:00 – 1:00pm.

Unscheduled Period Stickers (click here for agreement form)

Students who have an unscheduled period for second semester in his/her day must complete the “Unscheduled Period Parent Agreement form before receiving their Unscheduled Period Sticker. Students may turn in the form to the Cashiers Window before school, at break, lunch or immediately after school. The last day to get your Unscheduled Period Sticker will be Friday, January 21st.

Smart Start Classes

Students applying for a parking permit for the 2011-2012 school year need to attend a Smart Start Class with their parent/guardian. The Smart Start Program is an opportunity for teen drivers and their parents/guardians to clearly understand their responsibilities when a teen starts to drive. There will be (4) Smart Start dates 2/15, 4/4, 4/18 and 5/2. All at Mission Hills High School beginning at 6:30 pm.

The law requires the parents or guardians to sign a notification form and return it to school. The signature is an acknowledgment that the parents or guardians have been informed of their rights but does not indicate that consent to participate in any particular program has been either given or withheld.
